With a strong online presence at bbqgalore.com, this multi-channel retailer provides an excellent customer experience either in person or virtually.

Barbeques Galore sells their own private-label products alongside other competing lines by top manufacturers in the grilling industry. With over one million in grill sales, they help customers find the right equipment for their setup, no matter how custom.

The Challenge

Barbeques Galore needed to streamline their ordering and fulfillment processes and integrate their Magento 2 website across multiple selling channels, including Amazon and Walmart. They also wanted to create custom catalog displays and feature purchasing and financing options for products and collections. In addition, they required a robust and customized solution to integrate various affiliate programs to help boost online sales and website traffic.

IronPlane built a Magento 2 website on the Alpaca theme with added customizations to fulfill Barbeques Galore's needs. While exceeding the initial goals, the customized solution met the new site requirements and served as a highly expandable platform for future website enhancements and integrations.
