HearFor.ai is an innovative company dedicated to transforming patient interactions in the healthcare sector, with a specific focus on fertility care. Their vision is to create a seamless, AI-powered companion that enhances patient engagement and accessibility in a highly sensitive healthcare domain.

To bring this vision to life, HearFor.ai sought to develop an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) demonstrating their AI-assisted voice solution, Continyou. At the core of Continyou is Liv, an AI-powered fertility care voice assistant designed to assist patients by conducting initial screenings, answering inquiries, and streamlining the onboarding process for fertility clinics.

MVP Requirements:

  • A visually attractive, fast, and accessible landing page to showcase Continyou and its capabilities
    Integration with AI assistants to power Liv’s voice interactions
  • A feature allowing users to initiate voice calls with the AI assistant
  • A basic AI-driven interview/screening process for patient intake
  • A lead generation and categorization system based on user interaction

This solution was designed to serve as a proof-of-concept, demonstrating how AI can provide personalized, always-available healthcare support — and they tasked IronPlane and Snowdog to create and implement it.

The Objectives

The primary objectives of the MVP were:

  • Demonstrate the concept of an AI-powered healthcare companion
  • Streamline the patient onboarding process for fertility clinics
  • Provide 24/7 accessible support for patients seeking fertility care
  • Generate and qualify leads for potential clinic partnerships

By achieving these goals, HearFor.ai aimed to showcase how AI can enhance patient engagement while improving efficiency for fertility clinics.

The Challenges

One of the most significant technical challenges was training the AI assistant to effectively gather and process relevant information from users. Fine-tuning the system’s ability to conduct sensitive healthcare interviews in an empathetic yet efficient manner required extensive adjustments.

Additionally, data collection and integration posed another challenge. After each conversation, user inputs needed to be stored in a CMS. To create a simple yet effective solution, we implemented a system for structured data collection.

The MVP successfully delivered a fully functional:
