The Challenge
Given the scale of Tacony's operation, their online presence includes sites that offer products to both their retail partners and their end user community. Tacony’s B2C business already had working eCommerce sites built on Adobe Commerce Cloud.
But Tacony was behind on their Adobe Commerce updates and had trouble making even small adjustments to their site. With one Adobe Commerce instance serving three different B2C brands, with shared themes, extensions, code, and integrations, they lacked their desired designs and their hoped-for operational efficiencies.
Additionally, these sites each used different inventory management systems, payment processors, and ERPs. With such complexity, Tacony’s existing agency was unable to efficiently manage the design and technical aspects of the sites.
Tacony needed a partner experienced with such complexity and capable of professional, accurate, and timely communication in delivering quality work.
